Terms and Conditions
PingHR is a consumer SaaS tool that helps job seekers automate their outreach workflow. Users configure job search preferences, connect Gmail, and the software generates personalized cold email drafts saved directly to Gmail drafts for manual review. PingHR is not a recruitment agency, placement agency, employer, or job hiring service.
What PingHR Does
- Finds relevant job posts based on user-provided search preferences.
- Attempts to identify and verify relevant HR or recruiter email addresses.
- Creates draft emails in the user's connected Gmail account.
- Lets the user manually review, edit, send, or delete each draft.
No Auto-Sending and No Job Guarantee
PingHR does not auto-send emails. Users remain responsible for reviewing all drafts before sending. PingHR does not guarantee a number of drafts, email replies, interviews, job offers, placements, or hiring outcomes.
User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful profile, resume, and outreach information.
- Use the tool only for lawful, respectful, and non-abusive outreach.
- Review every email draft before sending.
- Do not use PingHR for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or misleading communication.
- Keep account credentials private.
Payments and Run Credits
PingHR may charge per usage run or through run credit packs. Prices and expected draft ranges may be shown before purchase. Actual results depend on job market conditions, recruiter data availability, company email patterns, and email verification results.
Third-Party Services
PingHR uses third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, job data, email verification, Gmail OAuth, and AI-assisted drafting. Availability of those services may affect PingHR's performance.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, violate these terms, submit false information, or create legal, security, payment, or platform risk.
Limitation of Liability
PingHR is provided as a software tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingHR is not responsible for missed opportunities, employment decisions, email recipient behavior, third-party outages, or outcomes from user-sent communications.
