Refund Policy
PingHR sells usage-based run credits for a consumer SaaS outreach workflow tool. Each run may find jobs, verify HR emails, and create Gmail draft emails for the user's manual review.
Unused Run Credits
If you bought a run credit by mistake and have not used it, you may request a refund within 1 day of purchase by emailing support@pinghr.xyz from your registered email address.
Used Run Credits
Used run credits are generally non-refundable because third-party provider costs are incurred during a run. If a run fails because of a PingHR system issue and no usable draft is created, we may restore the run credit or issue a refund after review.
No Outcome Guarantee
Refunds are not provided only because a user receives fewer drafts than expected, receives no replies, does not get interviews, or does not get hired. Draft results depend on live job data, recruiter availability, company email systems, verification results, and user settings.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase or charged after a failed checkout, contact us with the payment ID. Valid duplicate or failed payment refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
Cancellation
PingHR currently sells run credits rather than recurring subscriptions. There is no recurring plan to cancel unless a future subscription plan is clearly offered and accepted.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@pinghr.xyz with your registered email address, payment ID, purchase date, and refund reason.
