Refund Policy
PingHR sells usage-based run credits for a consumer SaaS job application workflow tool. Each run may find jobs and create Gmail application drafts for the user's manual review.
Unused Run Credits
If you bought a run credit by mistake and have not used it, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase by emailing support@pinghr.xyz from your registered email address.
Used Run Credits
Used run credits are generally non-refundable because third-party provider costs are incurred during a run. If a run fails because of a PingHR system issue and no usable draft is created, we may restore the run credit or issue a refund after review.
No Outcome Guarantee
Refunds are not provided only because a user receives fewer drafts than expected, receives no replies, does not get interviews, or does not get hired. Draft results depend on live job data, public information availability, third-party service availability, and user settings.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase or charged after a failed checkout, contact us with the payment ID. Valid duplicate or failed payment refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
Cancellation
PingHR currently sells run credits rather than recurring subscriptions. There is no recurring plan to cancel unless a future subscription plan is clearly offered and accepted.
